Yes TikTok does to a degree but from my experience it's easier to find genuine people on TikTok then any other platforms.

That's why it attracts more nerodivergent people and LGBTQIA people in my own opinion is because you can be yourself and would get insta banned for certain subjects which I won't say here.

I'm pretty much using TikTok and Lemmy. Lemmy because of ability to have filters and accessibility options. TikTok for the same reason plus much more likely to get videos of creators who are not all about money grabbing and care about LGBTQIA and nerodivergent people genuinely. Haven't found any other app that does that.

Simply ignore the media. Nearly all of them are owned my synclar entertainment and are designed to keep you mad and engaged for more money.

Cut off the corporation news helped me considerably with my mental health. Also cutting out fascist pro Trump people in my life helped a lot.

Remember the media is designed for keep you mad sad and fucked up so they get more and more views and clicks. Do not engage, and your life will be considerably better.

Perhaps talk to your therapist about that, and perhaps some research as lots of times people with executive dysfunction think it's just procrastination which are two separate things.

I fall between the government won't give me SSI because I'm not disabled enough in there fucking eyes. And being disabled and can't work.

So financially I'm fucked and nothing I can do about it.
