Yeah it looked promising. Also a shame I never got to try it properly because it didn’t work for me from the start. Home timeline never loaded and errored out and I never got any kind of support response so gave up on it. Oh well.

(Also, hi Harry in the wilds of Lemmy. 👋😂)

But it’s called Star Wars Outlaws.

A full night’s sleep every night does sound good. I wonder what that’s like.

It's at that point I'd start looking for a new job.

Baldur's Gate 3 should win, but it won't. It'll be Zelda or Spider-Man.

A solid foundation to build on I'd say. Needs better optimisation as my GPU runs hotter than I'd expect. As far as I can tell there are still a lot of quality-of-life things missing that were in the first game via mods. I've only played it for a couple of hours though so far though.

Early game I'm getting 50-60 FPS @ 1440p on a 3070 and i7-12700K. Haven't got to a high population point yet but I expect a drop as my city gets bigger.

Overall the playability is good so far. A few stutters here and there, and also some texture flickering. Not as bad as I was expecting from all the noise surrounding the game at the moment.

Ive met some great people on mstdn.games. It's a gaming focused Mastodon instance.

So sick of these sprints and potential changes to make them better. Just get rid of them. That'll make them better!

Broken ice cream machines are a regular thing here in the UK.

I believe there was only one thread on the post at the time, so like in the screenshot, it’s likely to be 30ish comments deep.

It was all one person literally seeing if there was a limit to the amount of replies a user could post.

The UI of comment threads gets a bit messy when they get very long.

Russia's Luna-25 spacecraft has crashed into the Moon after spinning into an uncontrolled orbit, officials say.

The unmanned craft was due to make a soft landing on the Moon's south pole, but failed after encountering issues as it moved into its pre-landing orbit.

It was Russia's first Moon mission in almost 50 years.

The spacecraft was scheduled to land on Monday to explore a part of the Moon which scientists think could hold frozen water and precious elements.

Roskosmos, Russia's state space corporation, said it lost contact with the Luna-25 shortly after running into difficulties.

When opening a link with video content in the Bean browser, if the page is closed whilst viewing video, the sound of the video continues to play.

It would be great to complement the Hide Read Posts feature with an additional option to allow read posts to be shown on Community pages.

On the profile page, there are two different ways of viewing posts and comments. Seems strange to have the both there.

My suggestion is the just have the bottom slider options (maybe include bookmarks too?) and then maybe as you scroll, the slider options stay fixed to the top of the screen so they’re still accessible.

It would be great when creating a post specifically in the Bean community whilst using the Bean app if you get an option to preselect if it's a Bug/Feature Request/Other post and then it automatically prepends the title with the relevant tag and includes the device and app version details etc at the top of the post.

On the current App Store version I cannot enable push notifications. I get the below error and the push notifications check box remains enabled but no push notifications are received.

EDIT: I have tried this both on WiFi and mobile network to ensure it's not either of them causing the issue.

EDIT: Resolved.
