Maybe a Pennsyltucky joke? Even when they were being sold, finding a Confederate flag in NYC would have been unlikely.

In an episode of Happy Days, The Fonz goes water skiing, encounters a shark, and jumps over it in the water skis. It marked a moment of dramatic decline in the show's overall quality, and the term has been used since for any such point in time where something is identifiably worse after a specific event.
Like everyone's been saying, learn to take care of yourself. Cook and eat well and exercise and sleep. But also just fuck around a lot. Say yes to things. Try something new every time you can, even if it's just a dish you've never had. Meet people and talk to them and have fun with them. It's harder to meet people as you get older.
Travel if you can, but you don't need to be a jet setter to have new experiences. Find trails and museums and go listen to live music. Try creating things, you don't have to be good at it or keep doing it, just doing it is the point.
Aging comes with a certain amount of solidity, in your energy and mind and responsibilities. It's amazing and it's not something to fear, but it does mean you can't just fuck around as much. And if you're going to be a person for the rest of your life it might as well be a person you like.

This is actually a really good analysis of what makes a lot of these movies great!
Deserving. There's a lot to be said about making way for new animation talent but Miyazaki put out one of his greatest movies with this one. It's beautiful and moving and I had to pee the entire time I saw it and didn't want to get up and miss anything
Howard makes a cutting board cleaner, oil, and butcher block conditioner. I use the latter every few months on our handmade boards and bowls and it keeps them well protected. The instructions on the bottle suffice for application.
If your pieces are particularly dry it might be a good idea to use the oil followed by the conditioner. I'm sure other mineral oil products would do a similar job but I've had good luck with this one and a bottle has lasted years.
It was an easy recent favorite of mine after a playthrough. The atmosphere is so well done. It got me to finally play Alan Wake and I'll definitely pick up that sequel at some point too.

2:12, people can join in, and the lyrics don't really matter
It's a portmanteau of Pennsylvania and Kentucky referring to rural parts of the state, specifically Appalachia, being more culturally southern than the rest.
