That's gotta be the world's shortest. How do people get to know the politicians and their platforms in that time?

 

After being convicted, 7000 - 10000 people came to watch his hanging. Pieces of the rope were sold. The murder site became a tourist attraction and his skin was made into a cover for two books.

We'll never know until it starts multiplying rapidly and breaks out of the lab.

 

The fourth floor is labeled 3A. The 14th floor is labeled 13A, etc. Four is considered bad luck.

Yeah, I don't fish much. ADD. I like it in winter when I can drill a hole in the ice, put down a line, go inside and drink tea while watching to see if the line bobs.

You mean like the British did in N. Ireland, the Canadians and Americans and Australians did to their indigenous populations, Spain did to S. America, etc. I'm not saying it's right or trying to excuse them, but many of the countries that condemn them have done this or are doing it.

It has a pretty good claim. It's about 60% Russian by population and was (along with the rest of Ukraine) a part of Russia or the USSR from the 1700's until 1991.

I think they use to call it two trees a year and then went to cubic meters. Probably someone taking out the giants of the forest that inspired the change.
