I believe there is still a major court case underway to decide if AI trained on copyrighted data makes it's derivative works copyrighted too.

It's an important court battle because it will set a precedent for every other AI related case for all the other AI companies

Thank you for sharing the lies that trump supporters tell themselves. I think you're getting downvoted because you forgot the /s

Every panel is flawed

People don't walk that closely together

People don't bike that closely together

Only a double decker bus could fit that many people without cramming people in like sardines

Moving cars should obey a safe following distance, so unless traffic is gridlocked, they shouldn't be that close either

You can change which Bluetooth audio protocol is being used in the developer options

Search up how to enable developer options on Android. It's almost always from tapping the build number a certain number of times

Can't wait for people to deliberately add the metadata to their image as a meme, such that a legit photograph without any AI used gets the unremovable made with ai tag

Sure But you could also achieve a similar effect in-camera by zooming in or moving closer to the subject

Hi all, I tried hosting my own lemmy instance to take some of the load off lemmy.world, but a lot of the posts do not get synchronised to my instance. When they do, they never got more than a couple upvotes.

I get a lot of warnings in the logs that I've got an incoming connection not on my allowed hosts, of which I've put "lemmy.world" and "lemmy.ml"

Does self hosting like this actually reduce the load on lemmy.world and the fediverse? And how can I fix the issue I'm having?
