Yeah, so glad we don't do that any more.
If/when civil war breaks out, it’ll be people like her that will give me the inspiration to fight and resist.
A real hero.
Her quote is one of the most badass in history. “I am not a traitor of my people. Those whom you are asking about will reveal themselves when they have succeeded in wiping out all you evildoers, to the last man.”
Things went rather badly for the Prince Eugen SS turds after the war.
Things went rather badly for the Prince Eugen SS turds after the war.
Partisans killed them, like 'Prinz Eugen' did to them thousandfold before.
I always get misty-eyed when I see her picture or read about her. A true Hero, at such an unparalleled level that there are only a small handful that are worthy of being her peers. 17 years old. Such courage and force-of-will. At the same time, what limitless hatred and cruelty to do this to a child. But we shouldn't dwell on that. She would want me to be inspired and to spend my life fighting the same fight. In her honor...
On February 8th, 1943, Lepa was captured by the 7th SS Prinz Eugen Division.
She was interrogated, tortured and beaten for 3 days, but she refused to say anything.
On February 11th, they publically hanged her. She was 17 year-old.
A local photographer took several pictures. Here is another one:

She was born in 1925, in the small city of Gašnica.
Today, the town built a bust in her memory:

read this and think, again, of all those nazi-wannabes among us… after 80 years!
Fucking BADASS.
