As a person with depression and is physically fit, idk man it helps a little but it's not a cure all

Nevermind the catch 22 that it's just way easier to be active when you aren't already depressed. Yeah yeah yeah you're depressed, you need to exercise, it'll help. Ok. But how? Lol.
