It looks like a decent meal, the turkey looks good. May I suggest next time don't use flash on your food photo? Try to get better environment lighting instead.

Noted. I could have just adjusted my bulbs (they're smart bulbs) if I had been thinking of something other than how much I wanted to eat lol
Warm / natural light helps, cool lights will make it feel like you're doing surgery on your food
Iโd like to see how you made that plate
It's paper. I just made some pulp, put it in a mold and let it dry, then airbrushed the design on.
The table was way harder.
How bout the chicken? I thought alchemy is banned. :o
(jkjk, it looks delicious!)
Lovely. Happy Thanksgiving!
An excellent looking plate! This was our plate.
Clockwise from the cranberry sauce (at 12:00): stuffing/gravy, deviled egg, green bean casserole, maque choux, bourbon glazed carrots, mashed potatoes/gravy, dinner roll, turkey/gravy.
How do you make the mashed potato sauce?
Take the juices from the turkey, add to a roux, cook until thickened. If you want it thicker faster, you can also use a cornstarch slurry but I personally do not like the texture that forms with gravy.
isn't that just how you make gravy?
Yeah... That's what the sauce is ๐คฃ
Now that's the cooking of a tapas fan
No veg?
Niiiice! Happy belated Turkey Day!!
