I can't remember if I have Wayland on my Debian installation with XFCE. I installed it several months ago, so I will check.

I was surprised, in a bad way, at how difficult it is to get any VNC running. I tried Ubuntu, Kubuntu, and base Debian, but couldn't get any VNC working. The closest I got was with Debian, but it gave me a different desktop than what was coming out the video port to my monitor. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone has had better luck with anything.

It's not a big deal - I was just wondering. I will keep watching your repo. Thanks.

Thanks! Would you happen to know how to install with pipx? I don't fully understand Python venv stuff, but I followed instructions on how to install yt-dlp using pipx. I'm not clear on whether I could do that with your app.

I didn't see anything like this image in the pytube-fix repo. Do you have a repo of the web interface somewhere? That looks really handy.

I've never heard of AtlasOS until this comment. I read the documentation and it's interesting that they need you to install it using a fresh Windows ISO. I wonder what they are doing that can't be accomplished on an existing Windows installation with a bunch of Powershell scripts?

Is there a way to sync 2FAS between devices and browsers? I tried using it but couldn't get things to sync. I often have instances where I don't have access to my phone, so I need something browser based.

TOTP isn't offered by most of my financial sites, or Apple. It's annoying.

If people start choosing their flights based on aircraft type, it seems like the airline could just list all flights as the "good" aircraft and then automatically change it to the "bad" aircraft close to the departure date.

I wouldn't call it "harvesting" if you have operate power transmitters on each floor of the house. "Energy harvesting" usually means you are using something that is already present in the environment.

"each floor would have one or two RF (radio frequency) power transmitters to powe r up all switches inside the house."

The article says they are powering it using dedicated transmitters:

"each floor would have one or two RF (radio frequency) power transmitters to power up all switches inside the house."

It's confusing because earlier they talk about energy harvesting, which implies "free". But then they talk about how you will need to run these transmitters, which certainly isn't free.

Beeper has been working in this space for awhile - there's no way they would publish an app with a copyright violation. I assume they have a workaround for that aspect.
