I got all of the light roots first. Was easier to get all of them because you can follow the darkness. All shrines on the surface are directly above the light roots so it’s easy to know where the shrines should be.

The sky shrines I’m missing 2 I believe so just exploring and I’ll find em. I know where one is for sure so I’ll just be missing one shrine. You can also do hero’s journey to see where you have/haven’t travelled to see “oh I never went over there, probably a shrine missed”

I’d say you should put some focus into leg days. I do once a week.

I do biceps on back day since those muscles are often used anyways so I do pull downs, superset of rows/bicep curls, superset pull downs/hammer curls, face pulls and usually hit shoulders after that.

I do triceps on chest day since I’m similarly working those muscles anyways.

It’s good to shake things up periodically too so don’t lock yourself into one program indefinitely. Be open to adding/removing or rotating new things to keep your muscles guessing and avoid imbalances.

Finally have had time to pick up TOTK again. Got all the light roots and want to get all the surface and sky shrines this weekend. Then I’ll finish all the side quests which will take a while. I 100%’d BOTW and going to attempt the same!

I went there before they bought the place and it was so gross haha. I swear the margaritas were 50% salt and food was microwaved at best. Everyone hyped it up so much and it was just sad. I’ll give it another go if I’m ever in the area again.

Did they change the shows? I remember they had a guy five off the waterfall but that was about it

Right, when NFT’s we’re going crazy, the pictures and shit didn’t make sense to me at all but there’s a huge opportunity for digital ownership of physical materials like cars or houses. It would make private sales/transfers easy. All title information on the house would be recorded and attached in the blockchain so when you go to sell your home, you can prove there aren’t any liens against the home and once financing has been approved, transfer the ownership on the blockchain and done. That’s where I always saw the practical application going but now nobody will take NFT’s seriously until it’s named something else and rolled out with government approval and systems in place or nobody will feel safe transferring such a large investment digitally

You could try taking edibles with lower amounts of tch. Taking 1MG might take the edge off for your coping needs but shouldn’t be enough to give you high anxiety or psychotic thoughts.

As someone who drank like you for years, it slowly became a much larger problem in my life. Sober for a little over 2 years now and use THC regularly to help when needed.

Sounds like you’re happy where you are at now but if you do want to look into it, there are stopdrinking communities here and Reddit (more active there) to learn more.

Yeah they picked up the same reading on Venus which was later disproved. The headline is also somewhat misleading in that this planet is 9 times larger than earth (not sure what it’s mass is) so it wouldn’t accommodate humans but still it would be incredible to reconfirm results

Be careful with it. It’s a slippery slope and one I’m too familiar with. Switch to weed if you can. May not be as accessible as alcohol depending on where you live but it will distract you just as well as alcohol and is much safer long term for you than alcohol. No hangovers and for most it’s not habit forming. Wish I could go back in time and change the past decisions I’ve made.

Gotcha, yeah that makes sense. I have a google wifi mesh and I’m sure it has some features like that I can set up. Thanks!

How are you automating the wifi shutting of during specific hours? This is something I’d like to implement

I just had my 2 year sobriety birthday this month and I completely agree with you, however, I do think the culture in America is shifting. Millennials aren’t drinking AS much and Gen Z much much less. The social pressure to drink is waning somewhat and I live in a state that has the most drinking per capita in the country.

There’s a lot of N/A beers that have gotten much better to give people quitting an alternative (like nicotine gum or patches). Long way to go but I do think it’s trending in a positive direction for people struggling. I understand this isn’t something some people feel comfortable with - I was very hesitant to try one for the first time after quitting because I wasn’t sure if it would spark the urge to drink real beer more but it’s been great for me.

I don’t see a world where alcohol is restricted as much as public smoking but having alternatives is a big thing for me to feel less awkward in drinking social settings where i still feel like I’m participating in a healthy way for me.
