Mine arrived all mangled, with most of the roots ripped off during shipping. It's recovering now, looking forward to hopefully getting to see the bioluminescence in a few weeks
I know this was controversial over at /r/BodyWeightFitness, but I had some good results with nick-e's BWSF program. According to this poll, fediverse definitely skews older. There's some sample bias for whoever is in this guy's circles, but I think it's relatively valid.
