I always took it to be a satire of colonialism.

I watched this a couple of weeks ago and can confirm it's very good. Very long, but very good.

In my experience I get a much better shave with a DE than a disposable razor. It's also much cheaper and reduces waste significantly. Cartridge razors are a scam.

Cut back on caffeine; don't drink it past noon.

Go to bed at the same time every night.

Keep your room cool and dark.

When you get in bed, turn the light off and go to sleep. Don't read or watch videos in bed.

Chamomile and Valerian root teas are magic.

If you suffer from anxiety, find and utilize healthy coping mechanisms to reduce it. Meditation can be helpful.

The Blindboy Podcast

Blindboy Boatclub, famous as one half of The Irish duo The Rubber bandits, shares intimate and interesting "hot takes" on various subjects, interviews with interesting artists, and original short fiction all against the backdrop of an original soothing ambient piano track. This is my comfort podcast.

Written by Shirley Jackson who also wrote We Have Always Lived in the Castle and The Haunting of Hill House. All excellent.

I live in a medium size city with extensive Verizon coverage. 5g here is still dogshit. It's always slower than LTE and even though towers are everywhere, my phone is constantly switching back and forth.
