The original concept of Uber was ride-sharing, where it would match up riders going to a similar destination, like the airport. But I haven’t seen that option pop up in quite a while.
Wrong, it started as "Ubercab" and you could request a black luxury cab. It eventually turned into the app we have now with people trying to make ends meet. It was and is a taxi service.

For the people not in the know, the Dutch like to meme about the warcrimes in Indonesia and Africa and when they speak dutch in a comment section they make joking gestures to the time of colonization, like its a good thing, or something to take lightly. Quite frankly colonizing isnt funny in any shape or form and I, another dutch person feel ashamed and sorry for whoever took offense to the comment above. Not of all of us are like this.

I think its the headscarf thingy most people have a problem with. Nobody cares about the dress part. But you likely knew that already.

Honestly how hard is it to keep white walls white? Or keep my expensive wooden boarded floors looking good. It seems like some renters tend to forget its also an investment vehicle for us, not just a free ride.
Also did anyone else notice renters are really bad at cleaning stains out of a toilet? I usually replace the whole thing when they move out with another toilet.
In my opinion any kind of threat towards landlords should be punished as bad as treason. These kind of people try to destroy the value any landlord adds.
ALWAYS keep a seperate set of keys so you can check on your property when they are out for their job. (Rule 1 is never renting to the unemployed).
