Are you sedentary a lot? If so, that's the issue. Start by just getting on the floor and stretching. Get a feel for your body, what makes you uncomfortable, learn about what you can and can't do. Then start working on addressing stuff by stretching and simple things like planking. Then move into outdoor walks and go from there. But don't get straight into exercise mode without preparing your body and mind first. Then everything else will fall into place.

And the right wing misinformation machine is operating at its peak. They are getting news agencies to change the way they cover stories to be more in line with what the Trumpists are pushing. They are punishing dissent inside the government and in any group that deals with the government. They are pressuring social media sites to increasingly moderate progressive comments. There is an overall atmosphere that is increasing in the country l where it's acceptable to censor free speech. Either you get in line with the Trump administration, or you become a target.
