I was using lemmy.ml because the other instances I was using was constantly down but if there's a global swear filter like that I'll have to start using another instance. This is ridiculous. Even reddit didn't do that.

Either auto correct failed you again or there's a profanity filter on lemmy that I wasn't aware of

Pants on head removed? I'm not sure what removed means here?

Just activate the silent mode. I don't really get the issue honestly.

You might want to look into buying a new bed if that's the case. You'd be surprised how much the quality of the bed affects your sleep quality.

I try to lift every other day. Every time I lift I do 15 minutes of exercise bike.

I also try to walk about 1 hour every day. I don't aim for a step number just be outside and moving for an hour is good for me.

Yeah, absolutely, that one stuck with me and helped me through some hard times but there's so many other good quotes that I'll never forget.

The most important step a man can take? It’s not the first one, is it? It’s the next one. Always the next step, Dalinar.

Your username reminded me of my favorite Sanderson quote.

The most important step a man can take? It’s not the first one, is it? It’s the next one. Always the next step, Dalinar

I still think about it all the time when I'm in a tough spot.

All the knights radiant oath are great too.

Yeah, I've heard similar things in the past and I'm always confused by it.

I absolutely love lifting heavy shit and I can't imagine my life without it at this point. The feeling you get when hitting a new PR is incredible. Knowing that you actually pushed yourself feels great to me.

The rest period are also weirdly meditative for me.
