Is this a US only thing? I've travelled all over europe and americas and I always try to go to each country's Mcdonalds to see if they have anything different. NEVER have I encountered a broken ice cream machine.

This should only be used for cases where there is 100% of evidence that the person is guilty (eg: tool box killers, Breivik, mass murderers, etc)

Well we've been paying the ESTA electronic visa for years now every time we've wanted to visit the US. It's fair game to require the same
