Hi! I have a IBP PC that I got back during COVID shortages since it was the only way to get a GPU basically lol.

Specs are the following

Motherboard: MSI B550+

CPU: ryzen 3600

GPU: 3060TI

RAM: china ram

NEW air cooler: thermaltake peerless assassin

The IBP water cooler failed, so I had to replace it. It wouldn't boot to bios when I first put the fan on which was weird. Now even without the fan it won't boot

Things I've tried: Taking CMOS out for 5-10 mins (2 times)

One stick of ram only, in each slot.

New CPU (ryzen 5600x, motherboard is updated and compatible)

A fan connected to cpu_fan (I've heard sometimes prebuilts won't boot to bios if there is no fan)

Nothing plugged into USB ports.

Reseating CPU multiple times

At a loss here honestly, starting to wonder if it's my motherboard. Pictures attached.

Edit; had the wrong IMGUR link, now there is 5 pictures.

Hey /r/buildapc - looking for last few thoughts from you guys in case I've missed something glaringly stupid with this build.

Build Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Yes

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Gaming and use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

Double 240hz 1440p IPS monitors with main monitor at 141 fps.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

Budget is what it needs to be. Price to performance matters, but also aesthetics and general flow of the build. The current "price" of around DKK 30.000,- equals just about USD 4300'ish

In what country are you purchasing your parts?

Denmark (and EU vendors shipping taxfree)

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.

A few notes:

  • I am aiming at building a certain aesthetic with this build. The Fractal North / Noctua colourscheme has been an idea for a while, ever since Fractal released the North. I am aware that there is strong competition to the NH-D15 out there, but for the noise level and the looks, it is included in the build.
  • I would love to get some feedback on 1) the choice of motherboard and 2) the choice of ATX 3.0 PSU
  • This is an absolute no RGB build.

Cheers for any and all input.

/mumu

For argument's sake, let's say your entire battlestation disappeared. You have an empty room and you're prepared to spend a few thousand after building a new PC (tower/internals and monitor only).

Which battlestation elements would you buy top-of-the-line? Which would you get the most budget-friendly option for?

Consider peripherals but remember you don't have a desk, chair, lights (aside from one ceiling light), mousepad, etc.

Hi there,

I've had this problem for a while now and just recently looked into getting it fixed.

It all started when I decided to add my school account to my PC for homework, etc. But then later realized that I could just do it all online. So the account was pretty much useless to me.

Some time passed, and I wanted to remove the account from my PC. So, I went onto settings and disconnected my account from my PC and the account was still there.

Just today, I watched a tutorial on how to remove an account via CMD I followed the steps and the account came under 'WDAGutilityaccount', I tried removing it via CMD and nothing worked.

I then searched online and found online tutorials for it on Windows 10.

No, the account I'm trying to remove is not an admin account.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hi, I'm running an arctic liquid freezer 2 360 with 6 t30's in push/pull as side intake.

Should the front fans be intake or exhaust?

hi all,

new to building pc's and am a bit clueless on why there are multiple RX7900XTX branded cards and why they differ in price.

for example, why should i look at a MSI Radeon RX 7900 XTX GAMING TRIO CLASSIC 24G for 1150 if there is also a PowerColor HELLHOUND AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB for 999?

are there really differences except the company that sells them?

should i watch for some specific brands and avoid some?

thanks in advance!

I have a budget of ~1400$ (but I'd have to buy a monitor, mouse and keyboard too). All my life I've been an Xbox gamer.Currently only my brother has an Xbox (Series S) so I'm not able to play too often.I don't play many games, maybe 2-3 at the same time, so I'm not a hardcore gamer.Should I buy one?Could I even get a good PC for this money that would give me consistent 120-144fps at games like COD, R6 and F1?
