Tiny Tina DLC is hands down the best DLC I've ever played.

Wonderlands was better than I expected, but I lost interest in it way sooner than I anticipated.

Play BL2. I didn't really bother with 1. BL2 is such a great game, probably sunk more hours into it over the years than any other. Lots of replayability with different characters, TVHM and UVHM, DLCs etc.

Kevin Hart as Roland is genuinely one of the worst castings I've ever seen.

Loved XP and loved Windows 7. Haven't like a single Windows OS since.

Just wondering if anyone is part of any Python chats, communities, forums etc, and which ones are good to join?

Please join if you're a fan of the HBO show House of the Dragon, the Game of Thrones prequel show.

Hi guys, I want to communicate with people here via chat if possible, and just wondering what people here are using?

I want to use a protocol if possible, and definitely not discord or some other software run by a corporation. Obviously IRC was the thing to use back in the day. Do people still use it or something else?

I love the fediverse and the idea of getting away from the big tech companies, and am looking for whatever real time chat software is recommended right now. Thanks.

So basically I created !oldweb here on lemmy.ml. Someone from another lemmy tried to subscribe and it told them the subscription was pending.

I'm on mobile currently and can't see anywhere where a request might have come in for me to accept. If its only visible on desktop that's fine, but I'm not too sure if I need to be accepting this or how it works.

Any help appreciated!

What an absolute shit show. Brace yourselves for a massive influx.

Hey all. Since the Internet has just been boiled down to the main big social media sites, it feels like the magic is gone. Whens the last time someone said to you "hey check out this cool website"? It's always the same: TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, FB, Reddit, Discord. Forums are basically dead. Chat rooms are dead. Message boards are dead.

I miss that feeling of just discovering interesting or quirky websites. Lemmy is cool because it feels fresh and new, and there's not a boat load of users here yet. But what other sites do you guys use or can recommend? I remember browsing Joe cartoon, Newgrounds, weebls, Ebaums, failblog, damnlol, and a bunch of other stupid but either funny or interesting sites.

Are there sites out there that still have that early Internet vibe? I feel like there is a treasure trove of still active websites out there but I have no idea what they are. Any recommendations would be GREATLY appreciated.

Edit: I created !oldweb where these sorts of sites can be shared!
