I haven't done it yet, but I've made a mock-up for a custom print t-shirt that has Bach's picture on the front, and on the back is written "Bach is better than your favorite band."

It's funny because it's true.

I don't particularly care if a band is Christian if the music is good. Firstly, a sizable chunk of the lyrics of bands I listen to are fictional or based on fiction; why be upset about one mythology and not any others? Secondly, I enjoy a lot of baroque music; good luck getting away from Christianity centered music there.

What if? What if a lot of things. JUST DO IT and find out.

First off, that's actually the coolest name for a bird that I've ever heard.

Second, I don't think the birds would be bothered if they found out. They have no conception of what either Satan or a jar is. I'll give credit that they can differentiate day from night. The rest would just be nonsense to them.

This album has spun continuously in my vehicle for the past two weeks. Still not tired of it, but time to give something else a shot. May this serve as my send off to such a killer album; til next time.

Ah, it was the opposite for me. Might be because I enjoy the type of movies SC2 riffs on a lot more than NATM.

Honestly, it's probably Little Nicky for me. I do enjoy the movie myself, but back in my highschool days my main group of friends I would hang out and smoke weed with could always agree on this movie. If anyone would complain about what someone else wanted to watch too much, or none of us had a good idea for anything else, we would usually just throw Little Nicky on and be happy enough. I'll still watch every now and then even though I could recite the thing by rote.

It's Scary Movie 2 that really tickles me with its good hand.

A couple YouTube channels I regularly turn to:

The Exploring Series - He does read throughs of SCP files and Lovecraft stuff, as well as other things. His voice and inflection are excellent for being calming, but not hammy like a lot of sleep story channels.

Astrum - Astronomy and physics related material. Also an excellent voice for this purpose.

Otherwise I sometimes just pull up a dungeon synth album that has the right mood that I'm feeling for the night.

There's a rule against that, yeah, but it's easy to get around the rules. All he needs to do is get one of his colleagues to scratch it for him.

This is better. I'm never having kids, but if I did now I'd really want an MRI scan of the little darling.

Tasty riffing, tasty vocals, TASTY guitar solo!

One of the most transcendent vocal passages I know of. Just as affective hearing it the hundredth time as it was the first.

I think Ron Jarzombek might be a cyborg, but I can't prove it.

Edit: Sorry for the bum link. The original video is super cool, but Dailymotion apparently sucks. I'll try to see if I can get a work around and show it in the comments.

This album stands toe to toe with any of the most classic death metal albums you can name.

I don't recall having seen this pop up in this community. Give a rundown of your favorite albums. Top slot, top 3, top 5, 10... whatever's easiest to you since I know it can be tough to narrow things down to a specific degree.

It'll be interesting to see where everyone is coming from in this regard. Could create for a good opportunity to discuss albums, find people with similar tastes, argue that a different album from someone's catalog is better, etc.

I'll throw mine down in a separate comment once I get it figured out.

My favorite song by these guys. It's not their heaviest/most technically interesting/most classic/etc., but it hooks me so hard.
