Your comment got me thinking. I think it's time for tech workers to start unionizing. Getting ahead of the curve before we get replaced in 10 years.

I think it's more so that we know HOW it works but we don't know WHY it works
Do you have an ad deal for this book or something? Bernays can eat a bag of dicks, this is case where the name doesn't matter. The concept of it is always bad full stop. There's no need to be pedantic. Honestly, I feel calling it CSAM could be detrimental because I didn't know what that stood for before this thread. If I had just seen a post with "CSAM" in the title, I would have scrolled right on by because it meant nothing to me. Everyone knows what CP is and everyone knows it's disgusting.
Good luck. I did Catholic school from kindergarten all the way through high school with 'religion' classes every semester. I wouldn't say my knowledge of the Bible is encyclopedic, but I do think it's better than the average Christian. The more I learned of the Bible, the more I hated Christianity but not really because of what was in the Bible. The Old Testament is on another level, but most modern Christians claim to forgo that part in favor of the New Testament and Jesus's teachings. The biblical representation of Jesus was an awesome dude, and he would despise what the Catholic church has become. He'd be all up in those mega churches whipping people left and right lol.
However, my main point in this comment is to say good luck, because the people you will be arguing against will be much less informed than you are but will believe they know everything and they WILL NOT argue with you in good faith.
I love that anytime someone brings up a legitimate argument against using Linux. The response is basically just "lol git gud, skill issue". These Linux Stans are worse than Apple fan boys lol.
If you haven't, you should check out Gotham Chess on YouTube. I can't recommend him enough. He is hilarious and informative, the perfect combo of teacher and entertainer. Not even just if you want to learn chess but he makes watching chess fun, his recaps of tournaments are fantastic for beginner chess players.
Lol yeah I took enough interest in the post few years to learn some of the more common openings, probably 2 for each color. If you have any interest in chess, I can't recommend Gotham Chess on YouTube enough. He is hilarious and informative, the perfect combo of teacher and entertainer. Not even just if you want to learn chess but he makes watching chess fun, his recaps of tournaments are fantastic for beginner chess players.
I mean, adults, too. I'm 28 and I picked up chess again when Queen's Gambit came out. I had always known how to play but I never knew how to play.
I still don't. But that's besides the point.
