I often have cravings for food on my period. I try my best to work around it but it can be very difficult.
I would like to train for a triathlon. My weakest area is the swimming. Cardio would have to be improved heavily for that along with shoulder strength.
Too bad they are also swallowing the Xinjiang nonsense.
