True, and Jeff is clearly making no money from it. Though leanpub is still taking its registrations and page views. Sure that doesn’t cost us anything but time. But calling time free is also something controversial.
If it’s free can someone post a direct pdf link? Otherwise it’s not free.
Usenet is distributed. If you don’t mirror bins it’s not impossible to run your own “federated” server.
