To Arms is a free deck builder. It's not pretty, but I love it. It's also free

Solitairica is a fun RPG twist on solitaire. It's a couple bucks

Agreed, but I doubt he made the changes at all. He stopped paying the bills. Google cut him off on the weekend on purpose. They made a point. Twitter is done. How that shit is still trading at over $50 a share is beyond me. This trainwreck is beyond salvation.

Pettiness yes. Bullying him... no. Just a petty little man.

I haven't played it on the Switch, but I will say the performance was terrible on the XBone. I played the sequel on the Series X, and it was a much better experience. That said, the sequel isn't as good as the original. Still excited for the 3rd one to come out though.

Anyway, unless they optimized it really well for the Switch, I would recommend PC. The Switch is not a very powerful piece of hardware.

Feels like I can't support anything without finding out it's run by pure evil- or that it's in the process of being ruined.

Fail again

Love me some Brave...I use Firefox when that has issues though.

The problem is that they always want more. It's not enough to make money. So the ads and intrusive garbage gets worse and worse until we reach an unusable nightmare.

TV shows have banner ads during the show. Everyone wants to send you notifications. Even cars are starting to have ads on their screens.

It's exhausting.

I've thought about this before, and you're definitely right that games are technically cheaper when you factor in inflation. However, they sell to a much larger audience now, so it's not like the major studios are starving. Even so, I would probably be fine with it, if it weren't for the tendency to:

  1. include microtransactions, rather than achievements
  2. sell dlc that should have just been part of the game
  3. Release the same uninspired crap every year (call of duty, sports ball 2023, etc.)
  4. sell broken games

I'm guessing this one will be #4. Hoping to be wrong.
