Shape shifter makes the attractive male/female redundant.
Intellect will get you gadgets/implants/power suit. After a bit of work which you have infinite time to do.

Most of the powers are achievable with just intellect and magic. The third power to choose is immortality because most of the sci fi or magical immortality has a catch.
I would say with 'insanely rich,' 'intellect' and 'gadgets,' you could pretty much achieve any of the rest you wanted on your own.

Am I misunderstanding siphon powers? Add invisibility and super speed... Aita?
I think if you siphon a rich man, you get his wealth. If you siphon a poor man, he'll thank you and ask how much it is to go all the way

Bitches think they can bury me in a cave behind a boulder? I don't fucking think so.
That said, I do need more detail on "power syphoning." Seems like a no-brainer if you get to keep them.
"Attractive Female", "Divine Power" ~~because what power doesn't fall under that~~, and "Insanely Rich."
With chameleon, healing and unarmed combat I could rule the world.
Attractive Male, Immortal, Divine Powers.
Psionics (a la Legion/David Haller), Divine Powers (more Legion reality-warping fun), Immorality (until the Heat Death of the Universe). I've got a lot I want to do, starting with planetary reform and cultivation of the species.
Vampirism, Divine Powers and Magic. These three pretty much give you every other power on this list. You are essentially God and need only keep the human race alive so you can feed off their blood.
Shape Shifter, Teleport, Insanely rich.
- Be anyone/anything I want to be
- Go wherever I want instantly
- and if i need anything else, just buy it with money
Do you need money if you can just teleport into a bank vault, grab some gold, and teleport out? :p
Depending on which deity we're talking, "divine powers" is a no-brainer. Besides that: Immortality, invincibility, siphon powers. Use the time I have (i.e. all of it) to learn unarmed combat and weapon master, and become insanely rich and very intelligent, then invent implants and a powersuit (why would anyone pick those if they're a freebie with immortality), then wait around for others who have picked different powers and siphon off their powers. Since I'm invincible, I can also swallow some plutonium and become radioactive.
So, in conclusion, I would like to be a sci-fi lich.
