Just installed Feeder from F-Droid. The app is empty right now.

What global news source with RSS do you recommend that's not spammy and mostly unbiased?

OP asked for mostly unbiased and the sub you linked (which you moderate) says in the sidebar

"American culture has spread all over the world ... Don’t read their stupid news and politics: ABC and CNN and NBC and the rest. Don’t be so fucking boring."

while it meets the criteria of not being American news it definitely does NOT meet the other criteria.

Journalistic integrity is important and I personally won't degrade it by saying my biased community is unbiased. Be a better journalist.

OP asked for NEWS SOURCES that are mostly unbiased; not for links to comms whose sidebar-texts are mostly unbiased

If you're ever interested in indigenous Canadian news then have a look at APTN News.

They have a lot of Canadian stuff and even some American but all of it is from an indigenous Canadian perspective.

I used the Flym RSS client to find feeds because it has a search function. So I collected some in that app and export/imported into Feeder as an OPML.

I know it's not exactly answering your question. If you are just wanting to get a sense of what's happening outside the US, BBC, al jazeera etc are basic. They are all biased.

There are directories like https://feeder.co/discover/news to get you started. But if you want less mainstream stuff, then the best thing is to check out some forums/comms where the kind of news you are interested is being shared and go to the publisher site. Most have RSS but it isn't always advertised so sometimes you have to hunt around for the feed URL.
