For the first time ever, the definitive RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic experience is available to experience on Nintendo Switch. This is the classic game you remember playing with an updated UI and controls to give you total control over your parks. RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic is coming to Nintendo Switch on December 5th.

Friendly reminder that OpenRCT2 exists on PC, which is a source port of RCT2 but can effectively merge 1, 2, all of their expansions/addons, has support for custom content (coaster templates, scenarios, etc), and for even deeper modding through plugins.

Plus, games like RCT rarely work very well on controller.

I hate these game ports with impossibly tiny text. I have the same issue in worms.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 is already on the Switch and idk, as much as I love this series, playing on a controller just felt so much clunkier than mouse and keyboard.

But that’s probably just me. Still excited this game is getting new light

What a great game. No other theme park builder has ever been as good.

I have roller coaster tycoon classic on mobile and the touchscreen controls aren't bad (although mouse and keyboard is better), but the UI is too small to play on my phone, it's okay on my tablet though.

I have a Switch lite and this definitely won't work well on it and I'm not optimistic a full size switch would be much better.
