Damn man I would totally pay $35 for that and a bottle of IPA. But only if it's served by a guy with a big beard and tattoos who wears a black apron and nitrile gloves and I get to eat on a wooden stool infringement of a lightbulb sign that say "EAT".
I have a big beard and tattoos, but my uniform is basketball shorts and a band tee. I just got laid off though so maybe I'll start slangin burgers.

If you wanna avoid the heart burn consider frying with olive oil.
Brings a bit of flavor you'd otherwise not be used to, but it's less stressful on the heart.
