Movie: Eat, Pray, Love (I think? It was on in the background at a bar a few weeks ago; I rarely watch movies).
TV Show: 世界の果てまでいってQ！( ItteQ ) which would potentially fit pretty well.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills meets Cyberpunk 2077.
...which I'm pretty sure is still just Cyberpunk. They'd still be part of the ruling class, married to/divorced from some high up Arasaka CEO.
