that's a lot of time amd work to get the same benefits as someone who takes a 15 minute break during lunch.
Nicotine is available in non-smokable form if you are fat, stupid, and lack testosterone as well as willpower. You don’t have to smoke it
I don't know why you're skipping straight to insulting me. I'm just saying my time is valuable and I value my money. I'm not going to spend 50 USD on a box of nicotine patches when a pack of cigarettes is 5 at most, I'm not gonna spend 1-2 hours a day lifting weights to get the benefits a single cigarette I smoke in a minute or two would. I'll stoop to your level and say you would have to be stupid to choose otherwise.
Because you're either a troll or an idiot, and in either case you deserve derision. This is an insane take on cigarette smoking.

Supposed benefits of smoking a minute or two aren’t even remotely comparable to the benefits from an hour or two of exercise.
