Got it. He's referring to a car as anything being ridden.

The woman is a witch. The woman rides her husband Friday night when they have sex, rides her broom normally (because she's a witch),

And I think they're saying that the husband (a car) is using the broom(a car) to clean out the car(a car).

I just had to get that out
