For example this post visible from lemmy.sdf.org is nowhere to be seen on the corresponding thread on lemmy.ml.

I have - and also to report problems with the SDF PeerTube server (Toobnix). I never got an answer. It's like crickets in there. In the end, I had to request my account be reset completely at membership@sdf.org: it seems to be the only channel that actually answers.

I also have a problem with the SDF Matrix server and it's the same story: nobody seems to answer user problems. I've actually given up on that one, because the problem is only annoying and I don't use Matrix all that much anyway.
