Kind of the old Windows vs Mac problem though. It gets so many exploits because it is so ridiculously popular. No one is going to bother looking for exploits in shit that no one uses right? I'm sure they've got problems like any project but I'm not convinced they're THAT bad. Not to mention a lot of exploits you see are plugins doing dumb shit, not WP itself.

Yeah I've been using it to help my novice ass code stuff for my website and it's been incredible. There's some stuff I thought yeah I'm probably never gonna get around to this that I rocketed through in an AFTERNOON. That's what I want AI for. Not shitty customer service.
Thank you. I've been thinking the same thing. People keep posting things that aren't remotely close to Nova. I'm beginning to think there's just nothing else at their level. Lawnchair seems like the closest so far but it's still not customizable enough and the Google feed implementation randomly broke and I couldn't get it to work again (amongst other annoyances and performance issues).
He shits on everyone all the time. It's not exclusive to LG or even Apple. It's just whatever happens to come to his attention. Which is basically pick a company and they're doing something horrible.
Depends on the type of server too. My media server is arch (aur is godsend with all the weird little tools I'm running) but you'd have to be out of your fucking mind to use it for a web server.
Web server is usually Ubuntu server/Debian with virtualmin.
Yeah this is very much not that they don't understand there's a better way. It's that they don't care to look up how. It's pretty common. People just go oh I don't know computers and you get whatever random crap they could throw together with zero effort lol.
I opted weekly so I could store longer time periods. If I want to go a month back I just need 4 instead of 30. At least that was the main Idea. I've definitely realized I fucked something up weeks ago without noticing before lol.

This is the answer. Pretty much every ISP blocks 80 They say it is because worms use it blah blah but it is exactly what you think. They don't want you running a web server. You're probably going to have to do the DNS challenge instead.
