I know that there is a WIP for a future article about router platforms, but from the little I've read on the Github issue page and a few videos I've watched I decided to make this plan right here:

Put my ISP router in AP only mode, connect it to a Protectli Vault as my firewall, get a managed switch that supports vland (still haven't found a good one, if anyone can recommend one I'd appreciate it) and have a Turris Omnia as my wireless access point.

Is this a good secure network setup? (also once again, recs for a switch would be appreciated)

So, let's say you created a ProtonMail account entirely on your Tor Browser through the Tor mirror the entire time and then also signed up to SimpleLogin/AnonAddy to have an e-mail alias/cloak for each account that you have (for example, say you have make an Reddit account and you go and create an alias for the Reddit account and that alias will be used ONLY for that account and nothing else)

Would it be a bad idea to make aliases and use them for stuff tied to your personal identity (such as banks or stuff you've previously used payment options tied to your name etc) or it wouldn't matter?

I just isolate Discord on Brave browser with all the settings privacyguides recommend (minus the cookie thing since I want to keep my account logged in)

Lemmy on the Tor network? (sh.itjust.works)

Decided to join Lemmy after the Reddit stupid decisions recently (as is the same with most people around I suppose) one thing I like to always do when testing a site or a service is seeing how well it works with Tor, and so far it seems to work good!

Although a question I have is, is there any Lemmy instances as of right now that have a .onion mirror? Would this even be a good idea?
