I know I shouldn't do it here, but let me ask a serious question : does the square in O(n!²) really matter ? I have a confused intuition that the factorial grows so much faster than the square that it kind of disapears assymptoticaly.

Wasn't that doctrine of eliminating "cultural elite" first formulated by Mao during the cultural revolution ?

Well, it is possible that Ukraine violates the Geneva Convention. War is always ugly, even if you fight for the freedom of your country. On the other hand, the war crimes committed by Russia are numerous and well documented, and in my opinion, far more serious.

“The minister said, "For the first time we have prepared a framework regarding online gaming, in that we will not allow 3 types of games in the country. Games that involve betting or can be harmful to the user and that involves a factor of addiction will be banned in the country.”

However, “he did not mention the parameters that will be used to classify games under any of the three categories.”

So, basicaly any good game can be classified as addictive, since you wanna play it.

Like the author of this paper said, for me it's not really about third party apps. The problem is that reddit try to monetize a content that is our collective property.

I completely agree with you, and your example is very good indeed. (Maybe my previous comment was not clear ? English is not my mothertongue)

The algorithm really doesn't work when you are critical or sceptical over a subject. For instance crypto sceptics from r/buttcoin being shown binance ads. Yes, they do show an interest in crypto, but may be the least suceptible persons to that ad.

Usenet was one of my startng point too... Funny to think it was (in a way) decentralized.

Edit: still is of course. Usenet is still around.
