Not OP, but IME the breading tends to fall off when they're chopped and moved around a bunch, but if you mix sliced air fried ones in at the very end that'd probably turn out pretty well.

Yeah! Those nuggets are my go to quick protein snack. And cholesterol free, to boot.

Thanks, I appreciate it - looks like I've got some bedtime reading for awhile :)

This is interesting and something I've not heard of - can you recommend a starter link for someone with a basic stats background? I had some in undergrad, but this sounds like a topic that could get very tinfoil-hat-y if not searched correctly and with good context.

I mean... it can still be cancer causing despite being hard to avoid. If it's impossible to avoid ("breathing probably cancer-causing") then I could see the argument. But all-nighters and red meat are pretty avoidable for a sizable fraction - maybe not all - of people who are in that group.

Good to know, thanks! I'll try to get a bit more airflow where it's set up.

I DIY'd a hydroponic tower, and I suspect not having grow lights made it more likely for mold to grow (and less likely for tasty greens).

I'm installing some grow lights and will do a deep clean, but do y'all think the current crop is edible? There's no mold on the plants, only in the coconut coir...
