Considering the rumours about the switch 2 hardware I think MP4 will be a next gen launch title, maybe not even cross gen. It would suck if it's not on the switch but at the same time it could be a truly gigantic game in every aspect

I played both Violet and Arcues. About Zelda I answer in another comment. But I NEVER played a FF game. The pixel remasters is on my wishlist but it's quite expensive. Is it worth it?
It depends on the period ahahah. I live metroidvanias, but also story driven short games. Right now I'm a little tired of open world. I played the Pikmin 4 demo and loved it, but it doesn't release in time for my flight

Maybe they'll do what they did with Pikmin, releasing 2+3 not so long before 4. I don't know but I also think it's less likely that they will remaster them like they did with 1
