Next time you can save yourself a reset by using adb.

  1. connect to watch over adb (usb or wireless)
  2. run adb shell "pm clear com.google.android.gms && reboot"
  3. wait a few minutes (might not be necessary, but I found it increases success rate)
  4. run adb shell "am start -a android.bluetooth.adapter.action.REQUEST_DISCOVERABLE"
  5. pair new device in companion app (I reset the app for good measure, don't know if it's needed)

Also on my device (oppo watch), play integrity doesn't seem to matter. Some of the time I'm only passing basic and watch works perfectly.

Awesome files app - Material Files provides a save as share option. GitHub, F-Droid

Also there's are multiple dedicated save as apps (not in a specific order):

Pairdrop is probably a miracle tool for me. Just open the website and send files or text, no configuration, no fuss and it even works outside of the local network.

One day I'll finally set up my own server, but that's just for the fun of it. One hosted at https://pairdrop.net is super solid and I can't remember it failing me.

I think android has this built-in. On mine it's in Security & Privacy -> More security & privacy -> App pinning

...or maybe it's just a custom rom thing (crDroid 10.4, Android 14).

If it's a laptop, try in bios (or rather uefi).

Neo-Backup with special backups enabled can do that and much more. Works well with synchronization tools. Root required.

Since you mentioned it, there's a fork of AntennaPod with a more modern look: https://github.com/XilinJia/Podcini

Ok, It took some time by I finally found my writeup: https://github.com/agustinmista/positron/issues/15

... and on further inspection it's the same as you already posted. If it helps I can say it's been really stable, never breaking since I set it up (well apart from this week, but it's more of a I fucked up KDE and ignored all issues for the past few months, so a reinstall was necessary type of problem.

I had the same issue some time ago. I'll test it on plasma 6 and send it soon.

Eternity is great and there's a work in progress to add multicommunity support.

Also just like Infinity enabling amoled theme makes it look a whole lot more modern.

First I wrote on live chat support. After they couldn't help me, I sent the email.

...and it's not the email alone I'm mad at (maybe a little) but the overall experience I had with them. After explaining my issue I was told multiple times they couldn't do anything and the best suggestion I got was "you could create another account", that's not helpful. What am I supposed to do, just leave the old one to die slowly and forgotten?

It allows 3 guesses, but I don't know how often they reset. I'm pretty sure the account was created after September 2019, but that's still a lot of possibilities.

I wanted to delete my old oppo id account, and to do that I'll need to login into it, but I don't know the password.

Password reset requires saying when the account was created (month and year) and "tech support" can't help here either.

Is it legal to block / hide account deletion behind login in European countries? GDPR (and polish RODO) both talk about a right to data deletion, which in this case, I believe, isn't respected.

So, this is my latest project. Pretty complete, very fast and (I hope) easy to use label maker for use with relegendable keycaps.

It supports different layouts:

  • single center icon
  • split-screen like labels
  • up to four icons on one label

Other notable features:

  • easy to make and read configuration files
  • ability to color and rescale icons
  • support for PNGs and SVGs (automatically converted to PNG)
  • speed (under 1s for about 30 labels)

What's left to do?

  • automatic downloading of icons
  • support for text instead of icons
