We seem to be many to share this view. Really disappointing from Lemmy.world and very concerning for its future.
Give it time. Lemmy is still very fresh, but I'm confident smaller niche communities will keep popping up and it will eventually add up. Region and country locales seems to be doing well.
Van Moof is/was an outlier. AFAIK all other Dutch brands can get serviced almost anywhere.
Definitely against it, that's a solid way to kill user engagement and interactions.
