In most instances, a Noctua fan should outperform the majority of fans that come pre-installed with your case.

Thanks for showing me a new word! “Verisimilitude” seems useful.

Interesting. Never heard of this before. What specifically is it supposed to help with? The energy boost or the anxiety?

The Reddit Pedantic-Olympics are starting up again…

I don’t know why internet commenters think it’s such a zing to “correct” someone when it’s quite obvious what they mean.

The dumbest part about this is that if you force people to complete it, they’re more likely to select a random option and click “next”. Any information they get from this survey will be mostly useless.

But you just know he has people that are on the payroll specifically to advise him and develop strategy. Either they’re surrounded by yesmen or they’re too arrogant to listen to the people they pay for advice. Okay, it’s probably both.

Agreed. That means that the current business model for movie theaters is unsustainable.

Right? Yeah, piracy is the reason people don’t go to the movies. It has nothing to do with the overpriced, nasty concessions (cold, overly salty popcorn), dirty floors, uncomfortable “reclining” seats, gimmicks (4DX, RPX, XD), staff that can’t be bothered to turn off the lights at showtime or properly configure the sound systems. All while you’re paying $15 per ticket and $30 on snacks.

These morons live in an entirely different world.

Damn. When you look at it that way, I could probably justify attempting a lot of difficult things that way. Thanks!
