Actual headline of the article: Milei, Musk and Maga: Is Argentina influencing the US?

I agree this is a problem.

I'm not saying don't blame the hijackers, I'm saying blame the hijackers for the hijacking (which in turn killed thousands) and blame Bin Laden for planning it and getting those hijackers to do the hijacking. They're both guilty, but without Bin Laden ordering 9/11 those hijackers wouldn't have done it. I'm not saying they wouldn't have something else bad. I'm not saying they're innocent. But Bin Laden did something worse than those individual hijackers.

I like the idea of a split keyboard, but looking up against the getting used to it. Did it take you long and do you still type as fast on regular keyboards or did you 'unlearn' that?

You're right, but the referendum wouldn't be about which action the voters want the Hungarian governmentment to take it would be about which action they want the EU to take. A government shouldn't be able to sabotage the wellbeing of it's people against their will. The EU should be there for the people, not it's government.

Wow, there might be more Tesla's put of fire than there are Russians that fell out of a window now.

Thanks, for your summary. I think he's right about different kinds of guilt being judged in different ways. If someone commits a crime and gets away with it, that doesn't mean that person will never feel the guilt. It sounds like a good read.

I disagree, he's not still in power because he fairly won free elections time and again. The Hungarian democracy is broken, especially because the media and legal system are compromised. There is plenty of people wanting Hungary to be a democratic country part of the EU. The same goes for Serbia, where massive protests are showing that more clearly at the moment.

Emotionally I agree, rationally I think I'd set a bad precedent if we give up on the Hungarians as people because we're fed up with the actions of their government. Would be more fair to have some kind of referendum: stay in EU and ditch Orban vs leave the EU and keep Orban

The Netherlands has issued a new warning to Dutch citizens considering travel to the United States if they are gay, lesbian, transsexual, or another gender or sexual minority. The Dutch government also warned, "The US government has tightened entry controls for foreign visitors," echoing similar concerns raised by other countries, including the United Kingdom and Germany, in messages to their citizens.
