Actually I'd bet that people could figure out how to run a Nintendo Switch emulator on Windows 98 if they really wanted to, that would probably be an easier way to play Witcher 3 on it.

I feel like we're already in WW3 but everyone has to pretend we're not to avoid escalating it to nuclear.
