Cutting the entire world out when there are a few bad guys out there is a stretch. For one troll there are ten meaningfully discussions.

That's ridiculous. If people are that sensitive and need to feel absolute safe to post some shits on an anonymous platform, then they shouldn't use the Internet at all.

Reddit is way too wholesome 100 if anything. Saying anything "bad" on major subreddits and you'll either get downvoted to hell or outright banned by powermods. Toxicity is an essential part of Internet forums.
There's also sort by hot, just like reddit.
What you want isn't a home page, because there is already a home page with a bunch of sorting options. What you want is an auto repost subreddit.
