I switched from Grafana to CheckMK I love how we can create custom scripts and agents are so easy to install.

Never see anything on this one I think... Or don't remember. I was using sidetabs.

It's native and in work, I hope they will do something like sidetabs (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sidetabs/)

Yeah! It's finally here! Okay it's not sexy as some extensions already available but it's a good move!

I was asking myself the same. As everyone talk about these I used them until I discovered ChekMK, and others. Now I'm no longer using Grafana and Prometheus...

Same here. I still don't understand why everyone is about Grafana. I've tested it and checkMK is more... Everything.

Oh I missed it. Yeah really helpful.

To have informations on my phone home, to easily, from anywhere check/monitor my servers and ssh on them. I selfhost CheckMK, as I'm not a Grafana fan, these tools are fine to monitor and get alerts but don't have apps...

A really nice project which provide charts to display Linux server status and tools to manage server.

I was using DaRemote only available on Google Play Store, to do that. Recently there was an option to download it and pay it directly to the dev.

ServerBox is really awesome, in 3 minutes it convince me, open-source, secure access with biometric, select a font, etc...

Edit: Imagine Google streetview for OpenStreetMap, this is Panoramax. https://panoramax.fr/ https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Panoramax

The free alternative to photo-mapping territories Panoramax is a digital resource for sharing and exploiting field photos. Anyone can take photographs of places visible from the public highway and contribute them to the Panoramax database. This data is then freely accessible and reusable by all.

During State of Panoramax panel at State of the Map France 2024, they announced a alpha/beta version for Android Panoramax application. Apk for android is available with the link and will be published on PlayStore and F-Droid. iOS users don't worry a version will be available too.

It's exactly what I'm thinking, I can just use it to buy the Pixel 12 or 13 in few years and not use the account.

And about the warranty, in fact it's really what making me buy on Google my Pixel. I changed my Pixel 3XL for a Pixel 5 so I give the 3XL to a friend, warranty was expired since few years but he had a problem with the battery, they changed the phone for free. Best customer service ever... I don't like Google anymore but I can admit there is some good in it... I think!
