I got the Pending Subscription message for days. I tried multiple instances with the same result.

For those that need an answer. You can fix the message by unsubscribing and subscribing from the individual community page. It won't work from the Communities listing page
We'll take it. The land is valuable, and the current residents will voluntarily flee to the rest of the USA, horrorified by our free healthcare.
