You choose the company serving the ads, and you know in advance what kind of ads are allowed and displayed by them on your app / website. Just that the most dodgy it is, the most it pays.

In a sense it is. This kind of ads is typically forbidden by some advertising networks. And you basically choose which one you wanna put on your app.

I’d say to check directly at iFixit store for this kind of spare parts in general. Not cheap, but it’s most of the time genuine parts, and if not, pretty good quality ones.

Known VPNs use a limited amount of IP addresses, which result of easily being able to flag them as VPN ones. When a bunch of users (like, hundreds of them) use the same IP address to connect to a given social network, either it is a VPN one, either a company’s CEO might have to put a proxy at the office.
