Yeah the problem there is VerticalScope has a hidden hand in all those pies and draconian monetization policies.

Just curious, what sort of hardware is lemmy.world using/moving to? Wondering if there's a good way to predict load based on number of users.

Seemingly on my feed page (is that the right word?) any new posts from any instance updates the page and pushes all the other posts down. This also seems to bypass the sorting method as it just seems to be "new" posts from any instance regardless of its upvotes or age (maybe it also happens when an instance is linked)? Regardless, is it possible to disable any sort of "Live" viewing on the page? Simply static and requiring a refresh, either in the user settings or server setting? Moving website content isn't great accessibility-wise on desktop. Going to click a link and it moving out from the mouse is frustrating. ___
