I searched the title of the original on YouTube - there's a documentary from Bayerischer Rundfunk with the same title (could be coincidence or the original)? At least it also starts with the Gethsemane Church. German only unfortunately.

Last year there were reports about contracts that scholarship students from China had to sign. It's not too far a stretch that students reported the professor for fear of repercussions based on such contracts.
