The weak point should be the on the back side of the turret. If I remember right you also can shoot the tracks or the back of the lower part from aside but it's far less effective.

We're on the same boat here, I'm a notorious "have to explore everything" player so often NG+ is boring but a few games still hooked. God of War from 2018 was a fun one. Also Witcher 3 and the best of all was Nier Automata but I have to admit, Nier Automata isn't really a new game plus in this manner

Nah, it's constant, not changing in shape and looks different than the cruiser explosion. The nearest effect are the flames of the drop pods from above but the flames and size don't match up.

Because I'm doing my part, even if it's trivial ;) And they fixed the resets.

It looks pretty far away, way outside the orbit. The first time I've seen it, was when I joined a buddy (scene, where the destroyer jumps to the group). It feels out of place...

Was farming some SCs for the upcoming warbond and noticed this flaming ball in space. It's the second time i've seen it.

Pls tell me i'm stupid or something but I just simply can't shrug it off.

15€ for delivery under 75€... Uff

The cheapest ones will be from china, be it eBay or AliExpress. When buying via eBay never forget to look at the delivery date, I've waited up to months because I didn't check the date...

Depending on your location you may check your local area. Some cities have small private electronics shop, they're usually a bit more expensive but a) you get your stuff on hand and b) they can often provide feedback and knowledge and give some tips.

And with some luck you may find some broken thing on Kleinanzeigen, which you can salvage for parts.

Where's Blizzard?! If I remember right they made a billion only on Diablo 4 Microtransactions... It's like more than half of whole Ubisoft

Firefox with a handful of extensions, same on phone.

Last time a site "needed" chromium based a user agent switch did the miracle...

I try look for higher sold numbers and review amount. Than looking for the sellers rating and also numbers.

A lot of brands have official AliExpress shops which you can reach via their website.

On the other side, get yourself a limit you're comfortable to "lose" and buy expensive stuff locally.

I have been playing videogames since 1992. Went through almost every controller design possible. From the modern ones, I never liked the layout from the playstation so sticked to Xbox. At the moment I'm using a GameSir T4 Kaleid and absolutely loving it. Mechanical buttons and hall effect joystick are very nice. Since I've had it only for a year I can't say anything about reliability. Most reliable Xbox controllers in order are Xbox classic controller S, 360, One. After that every single one is bad IMO. Series controller start to drift pretty fast, same as both elites. So at the moment my most favourite is the Xbox One controller 2nd revision (1708) also known as Xbox one S controller but if the GameSir won't break for the next couple of years it will be the top one for me.

I hope more first party controllers will get a proper higher tier version with real reliable parts like everything hall effect and mechanical buttons...

We had clear orders from above to not communicate with our enemies and never fall for their lies. OP you're a disloyal disobedient and should be brought back to court-martial on super earth!

Hey, just for the future record.

If you have trouble downloading the GameSir T4K App from Microsoft store as I am right now and the puplisher forgot to post a proper download link outside ms store.

You can download the app via powershell.:

1.open PowerShell as admin

2.type winget install "gamesir t4k app"

3.check if it's the correct app and confirm

4.profit

Note: you can search for apps with winget search appname

M$ is broken af...

o7 CMDRs,

I finally managed to finish my federation rank grind but I'm currently unsure how to proceed further. After searching for a build it shows most of the time people suggesting only engineered corvettes, the problem is I don't know 1 thing about engineering. I know it's kind of a big deal but ATM I just want to try out the vette.

Can anyone recommend a non engineered build for low end PvE combat? Bare in mind I'm literally a noob^^

Serverdowntime assumed to end around 16:00 BST.

Btw does anyone also have problems to create a post via browser in this community? I have to use liftoff on android, on pc (no matter of browser) it will stuck at the circle animation when clicking post.

tldr: any advice for ingame controls with an android tablet?

Hey, last time i played ED was about 4 years ago and i remember using an android app named panels for a custom button layout usable via an browser. Since time went by and a lot of data loss happened, i’m on a search for an proper android control panel.

At the moment i’m looking at gameglass but i dislike the whole payment and account thing. Also GIC (Gaming Interface Client) from Terence-D looks promising but it’s 2 years since the last update and i haven’t found any good layouts.

Are you guys using something like this or have any tips where to look? Anyway thanks for your time reading this^^

Have a nice day, cheers

Edit: After looking and trying around for 3 days i came to a conclusion:

Game Glass: is the easiest to install and offers 2 layouts for free. BUT you need an Account, it's not running locally (privacy concern) and it's only subsciption based not buyforlife. For my taste the layouts so called shards are a little bit too busy.

EDDiscovery: easy to install and have everything your hearth may desire. You can use it on the same device or locally via browser. But for myself it's overkill in any way and the remote controls feels clunky and not so nice. Totally recommending this for everyone at least to try.

Macro-Deck: free and open-source, easy to install and use but i'm still figuring out how to set up all the buttons. Has also a web client (sadly atm still need internet for client-id but it's on the todo list), a handful of good plugins, it's definitely worth a look. And the best of all, it's not abondonware. This is my pick for now.
