3dfx Voodoo 5 5500. I remember thinking it was so cool that it had 2 chips on the same board: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voodoo_5

Yeah that looks like resistive heating, so there's no reason to think it's more efficient than the small heater which definitely uses resistive heating. It's impossible to know for certain but my gut says the small heater is the right call - since you're heating a smaller area, there's less surface area to lose heat from, and heat losses are what drives heating costs.

What kind of unit is the central system - heat pump? Resistive heating?

There are a lot of details we'd need to determine this, so I don't think we can give you a firm answer. But heat pumps are dramatically more efficient than resistive heating, so if the central system is a heat pump that's probably the right answer. If the central system uses resistive heating then it's probably not much more efficient than the small heater.

Counterintuitively, I try to do less. If I have 5 things to do today and can't motivate myself to get started, I push all but 1 or 2 off until later. Then I know a nice, log break is waiting for me for the rest of the day if I finish those things. At that point, getting the one or two things done feels worthwhile, and it feels like there's a reward for me at the end (goofing off guilt-free).

I mean, I wasn't going to get all 5 things done today because I'm a procrastinator. But if I accept that and make the workload much lighter, can get a little done.

We fixed the glitch.

Chalupas (I think these are basically the same as their gorditas but with a fried shell)

And honestly their regular, basic beef soft tacos are pretty good, especially with some fire sauce (or whatever your preferred level of spice is).

The other 2/3.

This looks great, giving it a try now!

Thank you for this! I thought Firefox for Android was slow - nope, uBlock was just doing too much.

Does ActivityPub send those to other instances, or does ActivityPub only send the original post and the rest (upvotes, downvotes, replies) are stored only on the original server where the post was made?

I'm trying to comment on this but I'm not sure how to pull it up on lemmy.world and then comment on it: https://startrek.website/comment/38082
