I believe it says far more about your own reading comprehension skills if you can't tell us - human beings sick and tired of Empire apologia - apart from the usually incomprehensible shit salad that language models currently like to present as coherent.

Maybe if you actually read more, you'd be able to discern the difference. 🤷‍♂️

Another thing, notice the reaction of Muslim countries to the actual genocide being perpetrated by Israel. They are firmly condemning it through all channels. In contrast, the policies of de-radicalization by the Chinese were unanimously well-received by Muslim countries.

Very generous of you to assume that many of these folk believe Muslims and Arabs are human beings capable of forming their own opinions and international policy. The opinions of actual Muslims are similarly handwaved akin to any communist's opinion.

These states' international defense of China's de-radicalization program is stated to merely be because they are money-hungry opportunists, buddying up with China while ignoring a politically and economically inconvenient genocide. 🙄 How... adaptable this narrative is.

The seemingly unending wave of videos of Uyghurs in China recording themselves in their homes and making it clear they are not undergoing genocide have to be ignored. In fact, they have to be deleted by the platforms hosting them. How utterly immune to facts this narrative is.

If these countries care about Palestine, oh... I don't know. Russia is making them care. Iran, maybe? Maybe North Korea or China are forcing these Muslims to hate Israel. Who else are we being directed to hate right now? Afghanistan? Just throw a dart at the "Axis of Evil" board and pick an "uncivilized" nation. It's their fault. Why not?

unwilling to even engage with the idea that Russia seeks to eliminate Ukrainian identity

Camarada Forte did engage with this argument. The person who created this supposed dossier dictating Russia's desire to destroy the Ukrainian identity has no direct link to the Russian government.

You need evidence we can engage with. We cannot meaningfully engage with empty platitudes.

Meanwhile you will turn yourself in circles to defend Russian aggression

Do you know what was going on in eastern Ukraine, beginning in 2014? Pretty similar to what's going on in Gaza right now. Hint: it was not Russian artillery leveling homes, schools, and hospitals.

But then somehow I’m the brainwashed goon for actually attempting to maintain something resembling ideological consistency.

Awfully defensive there, bud. Speaking of ad hominem. 🙄

Wild how much footage is coming out of Gaza right now showing an actual ongoing genocide, yet Zionists and their water-carriers will harp on and on about how Israel is merely defending itself.

Nothing of the sort from Xinjiang. At all.

I'd like to see ONE verifiable image or video depicting this supposed Uyghur genocide we're denying. ONE. Apparently it's one of the worst human atrocities occuring right now. One of the worst in HISTORY.

So... show me a single picture. Fetish porn doesn't count. Where are the dead bodies? Where are these supposed mass graves?

Love to break it to ya, they don't fucking exist and they never did. You've been lied to.

Thank you for all the hard work you do, anbol. You've helped enlighten me and by extension tens of others (I often use you as a source, and by extension your sources). Just thanks, you keep killing it.

It's unwise to assume truth regarding breaking news, especially when it's continents away. We mustn't so quickly forget the "Russian bombing" of Poland that wound up being a Ukrainian misfire. Panic damn near caused WW3.

"Gabon military officers claim power, say election lacked credibility Television announcement comes shortly after state election body announces incumbent Ali Bongo had won a third term as president.

A group of senior military officers has gone on national television in Gabon saying they have seized power because elections held over the weekend were not credible.

The officers, appearing on Gabon24 in the early hours of Wednesday morning, said they had cancelled the elections, dissolved all state institutions and closed the country’s borders.

They said they represented all security and defence forces of Gabon.

The announcement came shortly after the state election body said President Ali Bongo Ondimba had won a third term in office in Saturday’s disputed elections.

“In the name of the Gabonese people … we have decided to defend the peace by putting an end to the current regime,” the officers said.

The Gabonese Election Centre said Bongo had secured 64.27 percent of the vote compared with 30.77 percent for his main challenger Albert Ondo Ossa, after a process beset by delays.

Hands you a Karl Marx book

I mean, Marx is rarely ever actually recommended to people who are not already socialists of some flavor. His works are important and foundational, but more often than not we recommend more modern texts.

You are speaking only to your ignorance and the hatred that keeps you from engaging with other ideas. I'd go so far as to say you're proving my point.

There are more modern, digestible pieces of theory and historiography... hundreds upon hundreds of books and articles that would shatter your illusions in an instant if you ever bothered to touch them.

In fact, for any lurkers (not the person I'm responding to, who will likely never pick up another book in their life) who still passively or actively support the U.S. or NATO or the other heads of empire, I recommend William Blum's Rogue State and Killing Hope. Both peer-reviewed. Intelligence officials have reviewed them and said "I don't like this book, but it's correct and well-sourced".

If you refuse to even engage with the literature, then you are not good faith actors desiring conversation and freeze peach or whatever. You have an ideological agenda.

Give me a question about communism, give me a question about imperialism -- I will answer to the best of my ability and will reference writings not from the 1800s. You know how I know more than just what Marx said? Because I read. Literacy is a gift and so many of y'all just proudly waste it.

Absolutely nothing. Hypocrites simply cannot stand being reminded of what they are.

This is a weird one, but hear me out. All of the videos on this channel are about real-life occurrences, mostly man-made disasters including the structural collapse of buildings, ships, trains, and the devastating effects of industry.

Most pertinently, every video focuses heavily on the victims, who are usually workers. Most videos end with a detailed account of policy changes that happened (or didn't happen) in order to prevent future disasters from occurring. He also makes it damn clear that it's usually the capitalists' fault, who shunt their responsibilities to keep their workers safe.

It's less horror and more discussion of anti-worker policies, where legal protections for workers' safety come from, architectural science, and preserving the memory of historical accidents and catastrophes. Well worth a sub imo.
